I am writing this message with nothing but gratitude for Mike, the owner of this great company. I encountered an issue where water are seeping into my basement wall. I left a message on Mike’s company website on a Sunday morning. Mike texted me back right away and scheduled a call a few hours later. During the process of me explaining the situation, Mike suggested to FaceTime with me and viewed my sump pump set up as well as the exterior discharge line. Mike quickly explained the reasoning of why water are seeping thru the basement and recommended quick solutions that I can do myself to alleviate the situation. Mike was such a professional and calmly walked me thru exactly what I needed to purchase from Home Depot and how to properly install it. I was able to replicate the solution and was able redirect the sump pump water away from the foundation. Mike did all of this without charging me a single penny. This type of professionalism is so rare and am so grateful for getting to know Mike and truly appreciating his advice. Mike will be my first and only contact should I need his service in the future.

3/19/26 follow up: After finding multiple water incursions in my basement after the snow storms in late Feb and early March, I immediately called Mike and he quickly came up a plan to deal with these foundation cracks with both Hydrophobic Zert Port Injections along with vapor barriers and installation of new drainage pipe to resolve both vertical and horizontal incursions. Mike’s team (Brendon, Peter, Brad and others) were nothing but 100% professional and took the time to place mates to protect the floor and cleaned up after work is done. They even came back several times just to put my worries at ease and patiently explained what’s considered normal. I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Mike and his whole team. Thank you.
